International choreographer and accredited business coach, Marguerite Donlon is an innovative pioneer who fuses the creative stage with the business world to achieve a dynamic and unique result. She began her career at the English National Ballet and became a solo dancer and choreographer at the Deutsche Oper Berlin in 1990. Between 2001 and 2013, Marguerite Donlon was the director of the Saarland State Theater Ballet. Her dance and choreography work has been shown on world stages such as the Metropolitan Opera House, the historic Bolshoi Theater, the Hollywood Bowl and the London Colosseum.
Many of her achievements have been internationally recognized. She received nominations for the “German Faust” and the “Benois de la danse”. In 2007, she was honoured with the Saarland Order of Merit, and in 2017 she was honoured by the Lord Mayor of Longford, Ireland, for her achievements in the world of dance.
Coaching has always been an anchor in Donlon’s work. She has been an accredited business coach specializing in "creative thinking", "team building" and "empowerment" since 2014. She supports clients to leave their comfort zones in order to find positive ways to reach their full potential.
